ABSTRACT:
To provide an an.isotropic damper using an elastic member having an E value two times or more larger than that of an elastic member for damping the vibration in the vertical direction to a portion for supporting the rotary part of an optical disk or the like and a mechanical chassis mounting an optical pickup and to the portion for damping the vibration in the planar direction, and comprising two types of elastic members for controlling the fluctuation in the relative distance between the optical pickup and the disk.
