ABSTRACT:
An amplifier for use with a photodiode in an electro-optical transmission ne. A transimpedance amplifier is connected to an output port of a photodiode and a T-network feedback circuit is provided as a feedback element in order to provide a significant increase in the transimpedance gain-bandwidth product.
