ABSTRACT:
An improvement in resistance to embrittlement upon heat treatment of amorphous metal alloys containing iron, nickel, cobalt and/or chromium in the temperature range of about 200.degree. to 350.degree. C is achieved by including boron or boron plus at least one metalloid element of carbon, silicon and aluminum in a total amount of about 15 to 25 atom percent of the alloy composition.
