ABSTRACT:
The present invention provides compounds of formula (I) wherein A is (1), (2), (3), (4), (5), (6) or (7) and wherein R1, R7, y and Ar1are defined herein. The compounds are inhibitors of the uptake of one or more monoamines selected from serotonin, norepinephrine and dopamine and, as such, may be useful in the treatment of disorders of the central and/or peripheral nervous system.
