ABSTRACT:
Novel amine compounds which are efficacious against diseases such as infection with HIV virus, rheumatism, and cancer metastasis include compounds represented by the following general formula (1), a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, or a prodrug thereof:wherein each of n1, n2, and n3is an integer of 1; each of R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, and R6is independently a hydrogen atom; A1is imidazole; A2is imidazole or imidazole substituted with an alkyl group; W is a phenyl group or naphthyl group; X is CH2; D is a group represented by -Q-Y—B, wherein Q is NR12and R12is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group; Y is (CH2)m3and m3is an integer of 2 to 4; and B is N(R25R26), wherein each of R25and R26are independently a hydrogen atom, a C1–C6alkyl group or a C3–C6cycloalkyl group.
