ABSTRACT:
Nitrogen-containing compounds are provided of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 are each independently selected from H or a lower alkyl group having from 1 to about 6 carbon atoms. Also provided is a process involving selective cyanoalkylation of amidoalkyldialkanolamines whereby nitrogen-containing compounds may be prepared.
