ABSTRACT:
Compounds having the structural formula ##STR1## wherein R is alkyl, cycloalkyl, haloalkyl, alkenyl, alkylthio, alkoxy, --NH--alkyl, ##STR2## phenyl or monohalophenyl; and X is hydrogen; alkyl; monohalo; dihalo or nitro and intermediate compounds having the structural formula ##STR3## wherein X' is defined as above excluding hydrogen, both of which compounds are useful as herbicides.
