ABSTRACT:
.alpha.-Olefin copolymers having recurring structural units of the formula ##STR1## where preferably T is hydrogen, L.sub.1 is hydrogen, L.sub.2 is COOL.sub.3, L.sub.3 is lower alkyl, E is --COO--, G is a hindered amine moiety, a/a+b+c=0.50 to 0.99, b/a+b+c=0 to 0.49 and c/a+b+c=0.01 to 0.50, are useful as light stabilizers for polymeric substrates, particularly polyolefins.
