ABSTRACT:
Substituted (1.alpha., 2.beta., 3.alpha. or .beta.,4.alpha.,5.alpha. or .beta.)-2,3,4-trihydroxy-5-(hydroxymethyl)cyclopentylamines are inhibitors of alphamannosidase and alpha-fucosidase and are useful immunostimulants, antiviral and antimetastatic agents.
