ABSTRACT:
The invention relates to thioamides of formula I ##SPC1##
and acid addition salts thereof wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, lower alkyl, and phenyl and R.sub.3 and R.sub. 4 are selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and lower alkoxy, with proviso that when R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 are both hydrogen at least one of R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 is other than hydrogen.
