ABSTRACT:
This invention relates to alkylidene analogs of 1'-amino-2-[(benzothiazolyl)-methyl]spiro[isoquinoline-4(1H),3'-pyrrolidon e]-1,2',3,5'(2H)-tetrones represented by formula (I): ##STR1## wherein: R.sup.1, R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 are independently hydrogen, alkyl containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms, halogen, lower alkoxy containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms, trifluoromethyl or nitro;
