ABSTRACT:
A plasticizing composition for polyvinyl chloride resin is prepared by mixing from about 20 to about 50 parts by weight of tris(alkoxyalkyl)phosphate having the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 are alkoxyalkyl radicals having the formula: ##STR2## wherein n is an integer from 1 to 18; x is an integer from 1 to 2;
