ABSTRACT:
Compounds of the Formula ##STR1## wherein R is H or C.sub.1-4 alkyl; R.sub.1 is H or C.sub.1-4 alkyl; and R.sub.2 is straight or branched chain alkyl of 10-20 carbon atoms, straight or branched chain alkenyl of 10-20 carbon atoms, straight or branched chain alkadienyl of 10-20 carbon atoms or straight or branched chain alkatrienyl of 10-20 carbon atoms and the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, are useful as hypolipidemic agents.
