ABSTRACT:
An airgun in which a spring-operated piston is provided for compressing air n a chamber, wherein arming of the gun is accomplished by a transport mechanism which acts on the piston to compress the spring, with the transport mechanism being driven by a battery-powered electric motor, the transport mechanism, electric motor and battery being incorporated within the airgun.
