An aerial spray boom11for an aircraft includes:an elongated housing21secured to the aircraft wing12, the housing having one or more openings22along its length;a conduit23having a liquid supply passage26and a plurality of spaced-apart nozzles27that are aligned with, or extend through housing openings22, conduit23being mounted in said housing for arcuate movement about its longitudinal axis through a prescribed arc that defines variable spraying positions; anda conduit actuator31operative connected to the conduit23that moves the conduit relative to the housing through an arc.
