ABSTRACT:
A fuel adsorbent member16is arranged in a housing11at a position downstream from a filter element14. The fuel adsorbent member16adsorbs evaporative fuel. An air cleaner is configured in such a manner that, when receiving a backfire pressure P1from an engine, the fuel adsorbent member16is held in the state secured to the housing11. Specifically, release holes22are defined in a portion of the fuel adsorbent member16for releasing the backfire pressure P1through the release holes22.
