ABSTRACT:
In a vehicle front structure12, when there is a frontal collision of a vehicle, an air bag32is inflated and deployed to the outside of a column cover22, and thereby, the knees of a driver are restrained and protected by the air bag32. A right side wall28C and a left side wall28D of a second lower column cover28are opened by the air bag32inflating and deploying. Consequently, the air bag32can be inflated and deployed with certainty to the vehicle right and left sides of the column cover22.
