The first portion preferably is formed from a front module (22) which is adjustable to accommodate various test engines (134) and test front suspensions (152) to accurately simulate a particular specified vehicle design. The second portion is preferably made up of a center module (24) and a detachable rear module (26) which are both adjustable to accommodate various systems associated with the center and rear of particular vehicle designs being simulated. All three of the modules are adjustable for width, length and height to accurately reflect the wheel base, ride height and other important dimensions of the vehicle being simulated.
