ABSTRACT:
A ramp-type sight for a firearm such as a rifle. The sight has a fixed plane member defining a ramp, and a movable plane member which slides along the ramp and which carries a visual sighting member such as a peep sight. The movable member contains a number of contiguous openings which overlap one another along a linear path, and a member having a conical surface is resiliently urged into the contiguous openings, so that each opening provides a click-type elevation adjustment for the movable member.
