ABSTRACT:
Adjustable pliers having a pair of handles, each handle having ajaw portion, an intermediate portion and a hand-grip portion. The handles intersect each other and are pivotally mounted to each other so that movement of the hand-grip portions in one direction will move the jaw portions in the same direction. A slide extends from one of the intermediate portions and a slot is in the other intermediate portion. The slide extends into the slot and is slidable along the slot. The slide has a jaw portion extending therefrom. A lock assembly is provided on the handle members to lock the two position.
