ABSTRACT:
The invention is for swimming goggles400with a nose-bridge420which can be simply adjusted to lengthen or shorten the space between lenses of the goggles and which is safe for the user even when the swimming goggles are stripped inadvertently. The novel nose-bridge420comprises a flexible connecting band422having first through-holes422atowards lateral ends and second through-holes422bspaced towards the midline from the first through-holes422a,and supporting members421on each of the lenses to connect the two lenses with the flexible connecting band422.The supporting members421on each lens are adapted to have a knob421aextending towards the midline and each have a supporting hook member421bhaving a blunt end421b′and a hook end421b″. This arrangement in combination with the flexible nature, allows for easy adjustment of the nose bridge420and avoids injury to the user.
