ABSTRACT:
An adjustable head support for a chiropractic table includes a base with a platen spaced above the base and interconnected for angular displacement relative to the base about an axis longitudinally thereof. An adjustable control system is provided for selectively controlling the amount of angular displacement between the base and the platen. The axis of rotational displacement of the platen is spaced above a head cushion supported above the platen and the axis generally coincides with the spinal column or vertabrae of a patient resting on the chiropractic table.
