ABSTRACT:
A bracket for supporting a fender on a frame including an arm and a plate. The arm is bent to form two parallel, but displaced portions. The plate is attached to the outer portion using a clamp. The bolt passes through a hole in the frame and can rotate in the hole until a nut secures the bracket.
