An adhesive resin composition comprising (a) an expoxy resin, (b) a curing agent therefor, and (c) an aluminum orthophosphate-zinc compound rust inhibiting pigment. When applied to the assembly of car body components, the composition assures improved bond strength and corrosion resistance.
