ABSTRACT:
For making it more difficult to predict which signal line among second signal lines 33.sub.0 to 33.sub.7 is conductive in accordance with address designation signals A0 to A3. Address decoder comprises a switching device 35 which is arranged such that one of signal lines other than the signal line 33m among 0-th to n-th signal lines 33.sub.0 to 33.sub.7 is conductive in accordance with at least two kinds of address designation signals.
