ABSTRACT:
In order to provide an actuator having great driving force and high impact resistance, an actuator of the present invention has a driving shaft5that can be vibrated in the shaft direction by a piezoelectric device4provided at its one end and a moving member6that is friction-engaged with the driving shaft5and moves on the driving shaft5due to the vibration of the driving shaft5. The driving shaft5has two parallel shaft sliding faces5aon its surface. The moving member6has two moving member sliding faces7e,8ethat are in slide-contact with the shaft sliding faces5a. The moving member6is friction-engaged with the driving shaft5such that the moving member sliding faces7e,8eclamp the shaft sliding faces5a.
