ABSTRACT:
The present invention provides polynucleotide molecules isolated fromOryza sativaandZea maysand useful for expressing transgenes in plants. The present invention also provides expression constructs containing the polynucleotide molecules useful for expressing transgenes in plants. The present invention also provides transgenic plants and seeds containing the polynucleotide molecules useful for expressing transgenes in plants.
