ABSTRACT:
Composition useful as hydrocarbon fuel additives of the formula ##STR1## wherein R is a C.sub.9-23 hydrocarbyl group, R' is selected from H and ##STR2## and wherein at least one R' is H, R" is ##STR3## group where X is a divalent hydrocarbyl group of 2 to 34 carbon atoms, n is an integer of 2 or 3 or a combination of 2 and 3, a is an integer of 0-3, b is an integer of 1-2, c is an integer of 0-3 and a+b+c is 2-8.
