ABSTRACT:
A compound with the formula: ##STR1## wherein R is selected from the class consisting of H--, F--, Cl--, CH.su-n F.sub.n, and CH.sub.3-n Cl.sub.n and n is an integer from 1 to 3 and the polymer resulting therefrom by heating at a temperature from about the melting point to about 300.degree. C. The polymer is suitable as a high-temperature structural material and a semiconductor material.
