ABSTRACT:
Providing an accelerating device capable of safely and efficiently accelerating an aircraft even if the aircraft is a high-speed and heavyweight one.The accelerating device has a support base for supporting an aircraft so that it does not go backward or levitate and does not pitch; a guide way placed along a predetermined route; guide means for guiding the support base along the guide way; and drive means for driving the support base along the guide way.
