ABSTRACT:
A bondable innermost edge e′ of a hot melt adhesive to be applied to a base end4aof each of a pair of raisable flaps4is disposed outside away from an inner edge4dof the base end4ain a state that each raisable flap4is folded into a multi-layered manner in bonding the base ends4aof the raisable flaps4to an outer sheet at the opposite sides of an absorbent member3with the hot melt adhesive. This arrangement eliminates the likelihood that a free end4bof each raisable flap4may be adhered to the base end4aby an excessively and extensively applied adhesive portion even if the adhesive is excessively and extensively applied.
