An abrasive sheet containing, on at least one surface thereof, a layer of a nonwoven fabric comprising not less than 80% of fibers having a fiber diameter of 10 .mu.m or less, the nonwoven fabric being selected from a group consisting of an entangled nonwoven fabric and a melt-blown nonwoven fabrics.
