ABSTRACT:
Abrasive article comprising an open, lofty nonwoven web comprising helically crimped synthetic organic fibers. The article can optionally contain stuffer box crimped fibers and melt bondable fibers. The presence of helically crimped fibers brings about greater durability and greater capacity for absorbing debris.
