ABSTRACT:
A novel compound and composition are disclosed which stimulate neuro-muscular transmission of smooth muscles and cause excitation of conductance in the peripheral and central nervous systems, comprising the active ingredient - 9-amino-2,3,5,6,7,8-hexahydro-1H-cyclopenta(b)quinoline monohydrate hydrochloride of the general formula: ##STR1## and a pharmaceutical carrier.
