Novel compounds of the formula ##SPC1##
Wherein R is selected from the group consisting of carboxamidine, carboxylic acid, carboxamide, methyl formimidate, thiocarboxamide, carboxamidoxime, carboxamidrazone, and cyano. The compounds have been demonstrated to be useful by having a degree of antimetabolic activity.
