7-Oxabicycloheptane substituted ether prostaglandin analogs are provided having the structural formula ##STR1## wherein A is O or ##STR2## and including all stereoisomers thereof. The compounds are cardiovascular agents useful, for example, in the treatment of thrombolytic disease.
