ABSTRACT:
7-(Aminomethyl-oxa-7-aza-bicyclo[3.3.0]oct-7-yl)quinolonecarboxylic acid and 7-(aminomethyl-oxa-7-aza-bicyclo[3.3.0]oct-7-yl)naphthyridonecarboxyli c acid derivatives The invention relates to novel derivatives of quinolonecarboxylic acid and naphthyridonecarboxylic acid which are substituted in the 7 position by a 1- (or 5-)aminomethyl-2- (or 3-)oxa-7-aza-bicyclo[3.3.0]oct-7-yl residue, their salts, processes for their preparation and antibacterial agents containing these compounds.
