ABSTRACT:
This invention relates to 6,11-dihydro-11-oxo-dibenz[b, e]oxepin derivatives of the formula ##STR1## where Y is hydrogen, alkyl, alkoxy, halogen and trifluoromethyl, n is 0, 1, 2 or 3; R.sub.9 is hydrogen and alkyl; R is ##STR2## where Hal is a halogen; ##STR3## where R.sub.10 is hydrogen, alkyl and benzyl of the formula ##STR4## where Z is hydrogen, alkyl, alkoxy, halogen, trifluoromethyl, nitro, and amino; where n is 0, 1, 2 or 3; p is 1 or 2; q is 0, 1 or 2; R.sub.1 to R.sub.7 are the same or different and are hydrogen and alkyl; and R.sub.8 is hydrogen, alkyl and phenyl; and R.sub.9 is hydrogen and alkyl, and where appropriate pharmaceutically acceptable acid or base addition salts thereof.
