ABSTRACT:
4H-pyrido[3,2-a]-1,3,2-dioxaphosphorin compounds of the formula ##SPC1##
Wherein R.sub.1 represents C.sub.1 -C.sub.5 alkyl, C.sub.1 -C.sub.5 alkoxy, C.sub.3 -C.sub.4 alkenyloxy, C.sub.3 -C.sub.4 alkinyloxy, C.sub.1 -C.sub.5 alkylthio, phenoxy, phenyl, amino, C.sub.1 -C.sub.5 alkylamino, (C.sub.1 -C.sub.5 alkyl).sub.2 amino or halogen, R.sub.2 represents hydrogen or C.sub.1 -C.sub.5 alkyl and X represents oxygen or sulphur.
