ABSTRACT:
4'-Fluoro-4-[4-(.alpha.-hydroxy-aralkyl)-piperidino]-butyrophenones, preferably those of the formula ##SPC1##
m = 0 to 2, n = 0 to 7, (m+n) = 1 to 7, X = H or OH, R.sub.1, R.sub.2 = H, alkyl, alkoxy, halo or CF.sub.3, and salts thereof are neuroleptic agents.
