The present invention relates to compounds of the formula (I), where R1to R3each, independently of one another, denote H, hydroxyl or alkoxy having 1 to 8 C atoms, R4denotes alkyl having 1 to 4 C atoms, H, hydroxyl or alkoxy having 1 to 8 C atoms, R5denotes H or hydroxyl, and R6denotes H or alkyl having 1 to 18 C atoms, or salts thereof, but where all R1to R4together cannot be equal to H, to compositions, and to the preparation and use thereof.
