Dienylphosphates of the formula ##STR1## wherein each of R.sub.1 and R.sub.1 ' is lower alkyl, aryl or benzyl and each of R.sub.2, R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 is hydrogen or lower alkyl,
Are useful as anthelmintic agents and as intermediates for enolphosphates having anthelmintic activity.
