ABSTRACT:
Compounds of the formula ##STR1## AND THE NON-TOXIC PHARMACOLOGICALLY ACCEPTABLE ACID ADDITION SALTS THEREOF; WHEREIN Ar, Ar' and Ar" are each phenyl, halophenyl, or alkylphenyl wherein alkyl contains from 1 to 4 carbon atoms; Ar'" is phenyl, halophenyl, alkylphenyl wherein alkyl contains from 1 to 4 carbon atoms, or pyridyl; R is hydrogen, alkyl having from 1 to 6 carbon atoms, or alkanoyl having from 1 to 6 carbon atoms; and R.sup.1 is hydrogen or alkyl having from 1 to 6 carbon atoms. These compounds are antidiarrheal agents characterized by very weak central nervous system activity.
