ABSTRACT:
The invention is directed to 4-amino-2-phenyl-6-thiopyrimidine compounds having the formula ##SPC1##
Where R.sup.1 -R.sup.3 are as defined in the specification. The compounds have pharmacodynamic activity as central nervous system depressants. That is, they produce a calming effect in the host.
