Compounds of the formula I ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 is C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkyl or allyl, R.sub.2 is hydrogen, methyl or ethyl, R.sub.3 is methyl, ethyl or cyclopropyl, R.sub.4 is hydrogen or methyl and n is zero, 1 or 2 having valuable insecticidal in particular aphicidal properties.
