To provide novel 3-triazolylphenyl sulfide derivatives having excellent soil treatment activity as insecticides, miticides or nematicides for agricultural and horticultural plants.3-Triazolylphenyl sulfide derivatives represented by the formula [1]:wherein R is a cyclopropylmethyl group or a trifluoroethyl group, B2is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or a methyl group, B4is a halogen atom, a cyano group, a nitro group or a C1-C6alkyl group, and each of A1and A3is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a C1-C6alkyl group which may be substituted or an amino group which may be substituted.
