ABSTRACT:
Compounds having the formula ##STR1## in which X is a halogen, R.sub.1 is lower alkyl, R.sub.2 is lower alkyl, and R.sub.3 is lower alkyl, lower alkynyl, or cyano. The compounds have been found to have utility as herbicides, particularly as pre-emergence herbicides.
