ABSTRACT:
Compounds having the formulaare useful for treating conditions which arise from or are exacerbated by angiogenesis. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions comprising the compounds, methods of treatment using the compounds, methods of inhibiting angiogenesis, and methods of treating cancer.
