3,6-Disubstituted 2-thioxo-1,3,5-thiadiazin-4-ones of the formula ##STR1## in which R.sup.1 represents hydrogen; alkyl which is optionally monosubstituted or polysubstituted by identical or different substituents; alkenyl which is optionally monosubstituted or polysubstituted by identical or different substituents; alkinyl which is optionally monosubstituted or polysubstituted; cycloalkenyl or cycloalkyl which is optionally monosubstituted or polysubstituted by identical or different substituents; aryl or aralkyl which is optionally monosubstituted or polysubstituted by identical or different substituents; or a heterocyclic structure which is monosubstituted or polysubstituted by identical or different substituents;
