Compounds of the formula ##STR1## wherein x is NH and wherein R.sub.1 is selected from branched-chain lower alkyl, alkoxyalkyl, alkylthioalkyl, cycloalkyl, and cycloalkanylalkyl radicals, R.sub.2 is a C.sub.1-4 alkyl radical and R.sub.3 represents a C.sub.1-4 fluoroalkyl radical are disclosed as herbicides.
